How to Apply to Yoani Springs Academy

We strive to make the admission process as smooth and transparent as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to enrol your child.

Step‑by‑Step Admission Journey

Submit an Inquiry

Parents start by filling out the admission inquiry form online or visiting the school in person. This allows us to share detailed information about our programs, fees, and requirements before the application is completed.

Complete the Application

Fill out the official admission form (available for download in Parent Zone) and submit it along with the necessary documents.

Assessment & Parent Interview

Once the application is submitted, we schedule a short age‑appropriate assessment for the child and a brief parent interview. This helps us understand the learner’s needs and ensures we place them in the right class.

Receive Admission Offer

After successful assessment and interview, parents receive an admission offer. You will also receive information about fees, uniform, transport, and starting dates.

Fee Payment & Enrollment

Upon fee payment and submission of all required documents, the child is officially enrolled and ready to begin their learning journey at Yoani Springs Academy.

Documents Required for Admission

  • Copy of the child's Birth Certificate
  • Previous school report cards (if applicable)
  • Passport-sized photos (2 copies)
  • Copy of parents/guardian ID cards
  • Completed Admission Form (available in Parent Zone)
  • Immunization/Vaccination record

For transfer students, please also provide a transfer letter from the previous school.
